Following a joint investigation into a series of shoplifting offences in BP Widmore, two prolific offenders have been identified and brought before the courts. Between them, the group committed 13 thefts in July 2026 worth more than £2,600, targeting local businesses and repeatedly stealing large quantities of goods. One offender was also found to have breached a Criminal Behaviour Order.
